Upcoming J-Drama

andurilSo, the Upcoming Drama for Fall 09' has been set. There's a few that I wanted to follow though.
Definitely Category.
1. Fumou Chitai (The Barren Land)
It's fujitv 50th Ann drama. It has Karasawa Toshiaki. Forget about all the other male idols. If you wanted quality story, go and watch what he's in. This guy rarely disappointed. Even his appearance in the first episode of Galileo shows everyone that this drama is good. And it is. So this is the most anticipated drama of the season. Just look at the cast list if you wanted more persuasion.
Maybe Category or I-Will-Try-The-First-Episode-And-See.
1. Jin
Yes, tbs has taken advantage with the all the buzz for Ryomaden next year. At least they got quite an interesting storyline. A doctor suddenly found himself in the bokumatsu area, and he needs to do his best without the comfort of the modern medicine. Yes, there's a special appearance by Sakamoto Ryoma. Apparently you can't have a bokumatsu drama without him.
2. Untouchable.
I put is as maybe, well, let's see how's the review about it in the first place. It can work really well or it can fail spectacularly. I don't expect much, except the type of story that the character-saves-the-day with their weirdness. It can work, we'll see.
3. Samurai 17.
O, hush now. Sshhh... I like Miura Haruma okay? Even though the story sounds so... childish? *cries* Okay, this is the type of drama that I will switch off all my brain function and just.. enjoy it? I hope.
4. Tokyo Dogs
Because I like Oguri Shun, but I'm not too keen on Mizushima Hiro. This is the wait-and-see, and maybe I will try the first episode to see how it works and whether I will like it or not.
At least the list of to-watch dramas in the Fall is more than the Summer season, where I only follow Call Centre no Koibito. But I'm definitely much more excited about the rumours for Winter 2010, because... Bloody Monday Season 2!
