Mar. 2nd, 2010 08:05 pmSo fujitv has finally announced the new Getsu9 drama for KimuTaku, still untitled, but it's about the President of gazillion-dollar company falling in love and does things he never does before because of this woman. awww... No wonder he was so stressed out trying to find a good leading lady.
But you know, I can't wait for the wank that will follow. It's Fight-Oh! time. Everyone, the media, gossip blogs, 2ch will be looking at the ultimate ratings showdown. Finally, a Getsu9 that can go head-to-head with a taiga drama. It's Kimura Takuya vs Fukuyama Masaharu. It's a war between Japan's Favourite Men. It's epic. And dammit, whoever loose (especially the first week) will have an article written on how his era had ended, how everyone has moved on and he should disappear from the face of the Earth *am looking at you Chinese source*. ooohhh... wanks!
So am I worry? Not really. I found out that Ryomaden is basically in competition with itself. Their challenge is to keep the audience interest so that they can tune in every week. Star power alone won't guarantee anything. You need to keep it interesting. Thankfully, the viewers agree with me, it has consistently maintaining its excellent ratings and I found out I don't really care about the ratings for other drama.
Who knows, maybe I will get suck into the wanks that will follow. heh.
And speaking about wanks, 2ch, come on, quickly goes back online will ya? First, M+, then, 2ch. What's next? I'm bored.
On other note, Keanu Reeves is immortal. That Paul Mounet guy is quite cute too. Imagine my OMGWTHHOW???!!! Oh Keanu~ Never failed to entertain me okay?
