The Armchair Murderer

andurilProbably the fastest video-making ever! Really, the whole thing was finished in one and a half day.
It started when I rewatched 28 Days Later. I hate horror, but I love the movie. Go figure. So, we have Jim, the main character, kicking ass and taking names. And this music, this piece of music was playing throughout that scene. Sometimes, you heard a piece of fantastic soundtrack from a movie (99 is an example), and you just have to get them. I did. I can't stop listening to it for the past few days. It was on repeat. And I know I have to do something about it.
But what video could I use. I've done Galileo and I'm not sure I want to go there again. I could try to do another Ryomaden, and put Ryoma as a main-eating zombie. LOL. But I feel kinda lazy to browse through the whole seasons to find suitable clips. Then I remember Masha's appearance in Furuhata Ninzaburo, the character that made me teared up in the end due to his stubbornness. Perfect.
Thursday: re-watched the episode.
Friday: Ripped the video.
Saturday: Edit and ta-daa~ publish it.
This is the first video where I edited the song. The original soundtrack is about 4:19 long. I took about 20secs from the first section, almost a minute from the chorus and another 20secs-ish from the last section. Then, I combined them all. The first gap is intentional, I need a few seconds of mute in there. While the last gap comes with the song, so to fill that gap, I put a blank picture. LOL. Yea, I cheated a bit.
As for the video quality, I gave up. Apparently, after browsing through youtube and checking everyone's video, I was not the only one who has this problem. I also noticed the same blurry and blocks appear on their video. But that haven't stop me from playing them. So I hope the lack of quality in this one will also doesn't stop everyone else from playing it.
The trailer is chokeful of spoilers. I'm reluctant to reveal Masha as a murderer in the beginning, then I realised, Furuhata Ninzaburo works just like Galileo. It's not about who the criminal is, but it's about how the crime is committed. So I feel, the heck with it. The first part is Hoori's (Masha's character) POV. While the second part is where my advertisement (trailer itself is a movie advert) comes in. heh. I'm not that satisfied with the words I used. Because unlike my Galileo video, I feel like there's no oomph, there's no hook in the words. But I can't think of anything else.
And sorry Masakazu-san! I did not mean to exclude you from the credit. Gomen! I feel like since Furuhata himself appears twice, then, I better not include him. Just in case viewers gets confused. Gomen!
