So I decided to venture into a new territory. Editing fanvideo (if Masha can try his acting in a period drama, then, I can try something new too). I'm using Mac and the tool that's already available for me is iMovie8. I studied the tutorial, importing, testing, editing a few clips and exporting it out. I think I'm getting a hang of it.
Then, I found a few weaknesses. There are no slo-mo effect in iMovie 8. Okay, fine. Maybe adding that effect could make me tear my hair some more. Forget about that effect. There's a lot of other things you can try to overcome that weakness. Should be okay. Just concentrate on your editing.
Once I finished it, I found out a huge huge weakness about iMovie.
The Loss of Picture Quality.
( longer rants inside )
Sorry about the picture quality. It looks fine if you keep your screen as it is, do not maximise it or watch it in fullscreen. It looks bad. Thank you. I will re-upload it again if I manage to get a better quality video. Do comments and give suggestion how I can improve. Thanks.
