andurilOn why HEAVEN is my favourite Masha's video:-
The basis of all good video is that you must have a great song. Thankfully, Heaven is one, it's pop-rock with a slightly latin influence in it. Plus, the lyrics is playful and sexy. It also comes with a great video, it's the type of video that, at first glance, has nothing much going on, but you just can't help instead of playing it over and over.
Upon further repeats, you can see why:-
1. It has artistic shots
We see Masha's reflections on the woman's glitters dress, then, we see the girl's reflection on his guitar. I love shots like this, it connects between scenes. And I just love her look. There's something artistic about that makeup and her whole attire. Love the eyeshot in the opening.
Great colourings.
2. It has a woman who wants to eat him (like everyone else in Japan- LOL!)
Transparent guitar FTW!!
3. And it helps that those two has great chemistry
4. The locations help. I want to go to this place, but my knees would probably be screaming at me. >.<
5. It goes well with the song.
This is the part where he sings Heaven~
6. I also love they choose high places to film Heaven. Fit to the max.
7. Nice close-ups too.
I's so easy to capture his scenes, but so difficult to choose which one to display >.<

Yes, Ueda-san has a way to capture him. That's what makes him an amazing photographer. And Masha is really lucky (I believe he feels the same way too) to have met him.
