Due to an emergency circumstance, I have to go back to my grandpa's house. It was situated in the north of the country. Now, the thing about me, if I'm not driving, then, I'm a trigger happy chick. Aim with a not-so-new 5mp LG Arena phone, I took a few photographs. Of course, most of them I discarded and I only took a few that I like to edit it. I'm an amateur and I used a simple camera phone. But I figure, what the heck. I decided to open a flickr account and see if I can improve it.
My grandpa's house is a beautiful place. I'm not kidding. This is my view when I look out of my bedroom window.

I like my frame in this one. The border seems to fit together, nicely and the empty space in the middle gives depth to this photo. And the best thing about this? I don't need to do any editing. None. I just sharpen its colour and I have to say, I love the end result.

Not really satisfy with this one. I figured there are no planning in this photo. However, I put it up because I want to remember what I did. Adjustment in the dark areas using histogram method. And I filtered it colours plus did a bit of a contrast.

Actually, this one and the one above was just minutes between each other. Man, see what photo editing can do to your picture? (I just used iphoto). It looks like it was taken at different time. I did the same thing, lighten up the shadow area and decided to try this colour filter instead.

This is the best journey photo I have. No reflection in the window whatsoever (which is why I discarded a lot due to my own reflections). I just sharpen the colours and decided to play around with the filter. But I can't remember now what I used. oops? I love the perspective and the road looks quite deserted. By the way, my sister is driving at 120km/h. That explains a lot of missed photo moments.

I decided to keep this one because of the colours on the leaves. Again, I did sharpen the colours and played with the filter. This one is quite bad, you can see my reflections in there.
